The procedure for Admission shall begin with Registration. The registration form, enclosed in this prospectus, shall be submitted along with a Registration fee 2000/- (non refundable) well before the start of the school session beginning in March every year. Admission shall be granted on the basis of a written test to determine the student’s academic capacity and eligibility for the class / category in which admission is being sought. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission/readmission without assigning any reason.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR ADMISSIONS:
1) Duly filled in application form.
2) Original School leaving/transfer certificate.
3) Original Report Card of previous class passed.
4) Birth Certificate (attested photocopy)
5) Four copies of latest passport size photographs of the child.
6) Photographs and addresses of people allowed to meet the child/ children and to take them on visiting weekends and vacations.
7) Aadhar Card of Student, Father, Mother.
FEES AND OTHER CHARGES
Admission Fee, Annual Charges, Development Charges and other activity charges must pay in April Month at the time of admission. In case of delay 5% extra charges will be charged. Monthly fee (Tuition Fee) Can be deposited as per parents willingful options: Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly. If any parents wish to deposit fee in advance. In such cases the relaxation of 5% extra will be given only in Tuition Fee by Management.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. The school expects that all students come to school with a serious purpose and that they will confirm cheerfully to such regulations as may necessarily be made by the faculty, the Principal or the Managing Committee of Swami Dayanand Society from time to time for the efficient administration of the school.
2. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school premises.
3. Students who fail to attend at least 75% of the full course of lectures and practicals in each of the subject will not be eligible to appear for the board examinations. In case of illness or some other genuine case of absence, a written application counter signed by the parents/guardian should at once be sent to the principal.
4. No re-examination in case a student remains absent/leave in any test.
5. No student will be allowed to leave the school in the mid-session.
6. Mobile Phones or valuable articles are not allowed in school premises.
7. The regulations are framed so that all the students may live together in harmony. By the same token, even though the above regulations are neither detailed nor comprehensive, a student may be expelled from the school or subjected to other disciplinary action if conduct which is illegal, immoral or against the interest of the school.
8. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises, their classes during school hours without written permission of the principal (to be given only in genuine cases).
9. Students should wear proper school uniform in the school. It should be neat, clean and tidy.
10. Fees should be paid by 10th of every month else Rs. 10 per day as fine will be charged till 15th. After 15th name will be struck off from the school rolls Re-admission Rs. 500/- will be charged.
11. Pupils coming from other schools have to get their school leaving certificates countersigned by the District Education Officer/Regional Office of C.B.S.E.
12. Students must fill the Board forms very carefully complete Name, Spelling, Date of Birth, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name (proper & correct spelling small or capital alphabets) subjects opted etc. The school holds no responsibility if found guilty when the roll number are issued.
WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL
If a student withdraws during the term all the deposited fees will be forfeited.
If fees and other dues are not paid after issue of one reminder, the name of the student would be struck off rolls and he/she would be sent home at his/her cost.
If the conduct, behavior or influence of a student is detrimental to the general discipline or interest of the school ,or if the student found medically unfit and is a health to other student ,he or she may asked to withdraw.
